Terms of Service

Updated October 13, 2026

Draft for review — not legal advice.

These terms apply when you use Workflow Exit at https://workflowexit.com. Please read them before you buy. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Workflow Exit is run by:

[Operator name] [Address] Republic of Moldova Email: hello@workflowexit.com

"We" and "us" mean the operator. "You" means the person using the service. If you use Workflow Exit for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Workflow Exit is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pipedream, Inc., Workday, Inc. or n8n GmbH. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

2. What the service does

Workflow Exit helps you move workflows from Pipedream Workflows to n8n. It offers:

  • A free migration report. It runs in your browser and shows what can be converted automatically, what needs review and what needs manual work.
  • One free workflow conversion, so you can check the output before you pay.
  • Paid conversion plans. They turn your Pipedream workflows into n8n workflow files you can import, with an AI rewrite of code steps where needed, a cutover checklist and a bulk import script.

You need a Pipedream export (or another supported input) to use the service. You need your own n8n instance, on n8n Cloud or self-hosted, to run the converted workflows. Your use of Pipedream and n8n is governed by their own terms.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Your workflows

You keep all rights to the workflows you upload and to the converted files we produce from them. You may use, change and share the converted files without restriction.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the workflows you submit.

You allow us to process your workflows only as needed to provide the service. How we handle them is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short, the free report runs in your browser, and conversions are processed in memory and not stored after the response is returned.

Pipedream removes secret values and OAuth tokens from its exports. If your own code contains hard-coded secrets, remove or rotate them before you convert. That code is sent to our server, and to Anthropic if an AI rewrite is used.

5. Plans and prices

Plan Price Workflows
Starter $49 up to 25
Team $149 up to 100
Agency $399 up to 500
  • Each plan is a one-time payment per purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Your first workflow conversion is free.
  • Prices are in US dollars. The final price, including any tax that applies to you, is shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Payment through Polar

Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record for your purchase. It charges your payment method, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice or receipt, and processes refunds. Polar's buyer terms apply to the checkout and payment. These terms apply to the Workflow Exit service itself.

We never see your card details.

7. Access key and quota

After you pay, you receive an access key. It works for 60 days after purchase. In that time you can convert up to your plan's number of distinct workflows and convert them again, for example after editing them in Pipedream. Repeat conversions are subject to fair-use limits: up to 6 conversions of one workflow, and in total up to 2 repeat conversions per workflow of your plan's quota. AI rewrites are included up to 8 AI calls per workflow of your plan's quota; after that, conversions continue without AI rewrites.

Keep your access key private. Anyone who has it can use your quota. If you lose it, you can show it again on the key restore page with the email address you paid with and your Polar order ID, or email us with your order number.

8. Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content.

The conversion is digital content that is delivered right away. When you buy, you ask us to start delivering it immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the converted workflows are delivered. Until then, you can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

Separately, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, even after delivery. See the Refund Policy. It is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.

9. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Polar. When an order is refunded, its access key stops working.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you have no right to use;
  • share your access key publicly or resell access to the service;
  • try to get around quotas, limits or payment;
  • overload, probe or attack the service, or use automated means to access it beyond normal use;
  • upload malicious code, or use the service for anything illegal.

We may suspend an access key that is used in breach of these rules. If we do, we will tell you why by email, unless the law prevents it.

11. Review and test before you publish

Converted workflows are a starting point, not a finished migration. You must review and test every converted workflow before you publish (activate) it. In particular:

  • Credentials are not converted. Pipedream does not export secrets or connected accounts. You create credentials in n8n yourself. The checklist lists what each workflow needs.
  • Webhook URLs change. You must update every service that called your Pipedream URLs.
  • AI-rewritten code can contain mistakes. It is marked in the output. Read it and test it with real data.
  • Some items need manual work. These include data stores, File Store files and private components. The report and checklist show them.

Imported workflows arrive unpublished in n8n. You decide when to publish them.

12. No warranty

We work hard to make conversions accurate, but we do not promise that converted workflows will behave exactly like the originals. Pipedream and n8n work differently, and either may change their formats or behavior.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law gives you, for example if digital content you paid for does not match its description. These terms do not take those rights away.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase the claim relates to;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or problems caused by publishing workflows you have not tested.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Our intellectual property

The website, the software behind it and the report format belong to the operator. You may use them only to get the service. This does not affect your rights to your own workflows and converted files (see section 4).

15. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, add or remove features. Changes will not reduce the workflow quota or re-run period of a plan you have already bought, unless the order is refunded or the access key is suspended under section 10.

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change, unless the law requires it or the change is in your favor.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there if those laws allow it.

Please contact us first. Most problems can be solved by email.
