14-day money-back guarantee

If Workflow Exit did not work for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase. For example:

• the converted workflows fail to import into n8n;
• the conversion did not do what you expected;
• you are not satisfied for another reason.

This applies to every plan: Starter, Team and Agency.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@workflowexit.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number. It is in the email you received after checkout.
3. If you can, tell us briefly what went wrong. This is optional.

How refunds are paid

Polar is our Merchant of Record, so Polar processes the refund. The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

When the refund is issued, the access key for that order stops working.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. You lose it once the conversion is delivered, because you asked us to deliver it immediately. See section 8 of the Terms of Service.

This money-back guarantee is voluntary and applies even after delivery. It is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them, including your rights if paid digital content is faulty or does not match its description.

Before you open a dispute

Please email us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. A refund through us is faster, and it does not need your bank to investigate.
