Add your Pipedream export
Drag and drop it anywhere in this box, or choose it from your computer.
Usually project_export-<id>.zip. A GitHub Sync repository ZIP or workflow JSON files work too.
Have a folder instead, like a GitHub Sync repository on your computer or the folder from our CLI?
See a full report on a demo project and convert one of its workflows. Free, no signup.
Everything runs in your browser. The export is not uploaded to generate the report.
How to get your export
- In Pipedream, open the project and select Settings in the left navigation.
- Click Export Workflows at the bottom of the panel and wait until it finishes.
- Select File Store in the project's left navigation and download
project_export-<id>.zip. - Drop the ZIP above. Several projects? Add all their ZIPs at once.
- Open the project's repository on GitHub.
- Click Code → Download ZIP.
- Drop that ZIP above, or use Choose a folder on a local copy of the repository.
- Download our free command-line tool. It's one file that runs on your computer with Node.js.
- Pull your workflows with your Pipedream API key. The key is only sent to Pipedream.
- Click Choose a folder and pick the
pipedream-workflowsfolder it created.
- 01 Your report appears on this page. It's free and your export isn't uploaded.
- 02 Convert one workflow free, or pay once to convert them all.
- 03 Download a ZIP with n8n workflow files and a checklist. In n8n, open the workflow menu and choose Import from File, or use the included bulk import script.

The report is built in this browser tab. Only anonymous counts (number of workflows, traffic lights) are recorded. Conversion sends workflow definitions to our server, processes them in memory and keeps nothing.
